¿How?

As a member of the operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Restore the operation of the services that masvoz offers to its customers, ensuring the proper functioning of these, mainly Cloud Contact Center, Virtual PBX and IVR services.
  • Carry out the management and resolution of incidents in the established SLAs.
  • Document incidents, processes, and projects.
  • Participate in the implementation of VoIP projects on the customer’s network infrastructure. If necessary, you will have to rethink and recommend changes to be applied in the customer’s network for the correct operation of our services.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective interventions.
  • On-call to cover local holidays.
  • You will work in a multicultural environment providing cross support between group companies.

What do we expect from you?

  • You are a team player, with high organizational skills, customer-oriented, communicative and decisive.
  • You have at least two years’ experience in the functions described, performing Support positions.
  • Experience in management of VoIP systems, PBX.
  • Notions of SQL and Linux databases.
  • Demonstrable experience in VoIP.
  • Valuable studies in Telecommunications Engineering or similar.
  • High English level.

Your responsibilities being a member of the Administration and Finance team would include:

  • Reception of visitors.
  • Facilities maintenance.
  • Stock control of office supplies.
  • Internal communication on issues related to the offices (rules of coexistence, protocols…).
  • Events planning, catering.
  • Purchasing of supplies.
  • Management of office suppliers.
  • Travel bookings.
  • Assistance to management.
  • Other general administrative tasks

What do we expect from you?

  • You have performed the duties described in a similar role for at least three years.
  • You have a background in Administration and Finance (or related disciplines).
  • You should have a high internal and external customer orientation, with good communication and teamwork skills.
  • You must be an organised, decisive person with the ability to manage different tasks simultaneously.
  • You must be able to fluently communicate in English: we are part of an international group and want you to bring your vision to the team.

Java Engineer

  • Participating in the analysis and development of new functionalities of our omnichannel Cloud Contact Center product as well as in the digitization of related processes, with autonomy to investigate and apply the most appropriate solutions and methodologies.
  • Providing ideas and suggestions for improvement in migration decisions of current applications to the microservices architecture.
  • Actively communicating with the product area and the customer engineering department to propose improvements in the definitions.

What do we expect from you?

  • You are a team player, with high organizational skills, customer-oriented, communicative and decisive.
  • You have at least three years’ experience develooping applications with the following technologies: Java 8+, Spring, JPA / Hibernate and MySQL / SQL.
  • You are passionate about new technologies, and enjoy doing research and discussing topics with your team.
  • You are really willing to learn and grow professionally.
  • You are familiar with agile work environments (Scrum / Kanban).
  • You can fluently communicate in English: we are part of an international group and we want you to share your vision with the team.
In addition, we will really appreciate working with someone who:
  • Is thrilled about clean code practices, TDD, Continous Refactoring, Continuous Integration.
  • Has collaborated in the process of designing and defining microservices architectures.
